It only took me 7 month to finally get this video together. This race was from the World Track and Field Championships in Beijing in 2015.
This is raw emotion from live footage of me looking at Taoufiks final. You can see exactly when he starts to kick and my reaction....
The workout consisted of 8x4minutes (@4.30-4.12 per mile) with a 2 minute foat recovery (@5.20ish per mile)
The gourp had names such as
